Educational Motion Graphic
Creation
The center opened three months before I took on this project. So to start I took a deep dive into what their mission and message was. That included a lot of research to send this series off in the correct direction.
Next I worked with the to other team members to create storyboard and assets that sent the correct message.
Finally we worked with student fellows to record the script and put it all together.
Learn
I learned so much personally and professionally from this project. Some of the key points I learned professionally were managing different types of projects, organization and efficiency. Personally a love for educational materials grew and an interest in a field I felt was hard to comprehend before.

Story
The University of Cincinnati Ohio opened a center for policy solutions thanks to former Senator Rob Portman. Their mission is to promote civility and bi-partisanship.
As a communication designer it is my goal to make a difference. Taking the information from different fields and translating it into a storytelling piece for someone who has never heard of that field.
Problem
The problem is that people struggle to work together to make change happen. When creating meaningful change you need the fundamentals of civility to accomplish goals. This video series is to remind people to go back to basics and look big picture rather than focusing on differences negativity.
